We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Please contact our customer support team at refunds@93green.com to initiate a refund request.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.   
  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within [number] business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
