If you are after a quick routine that will give you a sweat on but not be overly complicated then Press Up Piledriver will do just that. All you need is to know how to run and how to do press ups. Yes, it is that simple. This is a great way to finish off a gym workout and do some cardio-vascular conditioning.

Prepare the route down to the gate by ensuring that there are no obstacles and get yourself set up out on the grass (if it is dry) or on the concrete just outside the bottom gym ranch sliders. If not doing this HIIT at Remuera Rackets Club then the run is approximately 200m.
